Engineering Physics

Engineering is concerned with figuring out how to design, build and use structures and machines. To do that requires physics because you have to take into account forces, fluid flow, heat transfer, and many other physics concepts. Physics generates fundamental knowledge needed for the future technological advances that will continue to drive the economic engines of the world. Physics contributes to the technological infrastructure and provides trained personnel needed to take advantage of scientific advances and discoveries.

Stemarga takes a unique approach by explaining why each of the physics topics are important for real-world applications.   Process of getting to an answer is given more importance than just arriving at an answer.  Learning concepts is more important than memorizing steps and arriving at a solution.  Failure is encouraged as stepping stones to better understanding!

Areas covered include Physics as a basis of Engineering, Design, Product development, Process , systems and Operations & Manufacturing.

Topics Covered:

Physics 1
Kinematics, Dynamics, Circular Motion, Gravitation, Energy & Motion Torque, Momentum, Electric charge & Force

Physics 2
